Returns: You have 14 days to return items.
Refunds: We do not credit back the postage cost. Postage is calculated at the basic rate and not the discounted rate.
20% is charged for non stock items returned, unless items differ from that on the invoice or if goods are faulty.
Goods must be returned in original condition with labels and packaging intact.
Refunds are credited back to the card you paid with.
